Rotary Club Of Santa Barbara Sunrise Work Day At Camp Whittier

By Camp Whittier

The Rotary Club of Santa Barbara Sunrise has supported Camp Whittier with their work day efforts again this year. This May the Rotary came out, rolled up their sleeves and helped once more to beautify Camp Whittier.

It is always a great honor to have such a wonderful group of hard working individuals out to help make much needed improvements and repairs at camp.

This year’s projects included weed whacking & fire clearance, a new bathroom door installed,  a drip system was added for the plants in front of the dining hall and a new hand washing sink was installed which will allow our campers and guest to have access to wash up before entering the dining hall for meals.

We wish to acknowledge the special efforts of the following individuals and businesses for their extraordinary support for these projects.
